Every homeowner who contacts Eggranked Roofing should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

• Your experience when calling or contacting Eggranked Roofing
• How your personal information was handled
• Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Eggranked Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Filing a Complaint

Email contact@eggranked.garden and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. Afterward, we reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may also be able to help.
